...been meaning to update for weeks!

I have been a busy little bee lately.  Class is getting more interesting as we cut out the polar fleece jacket on Thursday and will get to start sewing on Monday.  Yay!  I took photos of the cutting process of the class:

This is laying out the pattern blocks and drawing around them with chalk.  The random objects are to hold the fabric and pattern from moving.

Well in other excitement.
Last week's nails were pretty cute:

I don't have a photo of my nails at the moment but on Saturday (the day before my birthday!) I went and got my nails done at a salon with acrylics.  They look pretty funky.  I'll take a photo soon-ish... XDD

putana is very naughty for getting me caught up in watching Supernatural.  I have devoured the first 5 seasons and am up to the sixth which I will catch up with soon-ish. I think Cas is kick arse.  Definitely my fav character.  Although I got her hooked on Criminal Minds so I guess it's a bit of a fair trade... XDDD

I have applied with some other places in town and hopefully I'll here back and get some other work so I can say "fuck you" to my current job.  That would be OMS brilliant.

Those that are in Japan - I hope you are all safe!  I haven't heard back from Y-chan yet and I know she's in Osaka but her brother and his wife and their two gorgeous kids live in Tokyo.  Be safe!
unjaundiced keep safe and away from the tsunami. Don't try stealing a waka/surfboard/yacht/sailboat/arc to make your way to NZ. It just wouldn't be your best idea... XD

Right I'm sure that there was more I was going to blah blah on about here but can't remember what...oh yeah!  The boring woman from the first aid course.  She was such an opinionated freak that thought she knew best about everything.  Such an annoying woman. It didn't help that I had *such* a headache today that I was nearly falling asleep in class today.  It was soooooo boring thou too!!!

Boohoo I have work tomorrow and Sunday.  I mean it's good that I've got work which means money to save but otherwise I can't really be arsed. *sigh*

And I still haven't heard from my professor...I need to know whether or not I can write the essay on the topic I want to.  Get back to me already!!! D:

Well time to sign off and get to sleep.  Earth don't fall apart any more while I'm asleep 'kay thanx.

Oh, I hope manicure trip went well for you. I tried that once and uh... I guess we don't know what we were doing because that was awkward and I had sleeves and long pants and the lady was irritated at me. -___- I know she was talking about me to her coworker but I don't know enough Vietnamese to understand. STOP TALKING ABOUT ME AND MY SLEEVES!

I hope you get a good job soon~ Throw some fortunes for me too! Maybe chicken bones... Maybe chicken bone fortunes will help out your first aid class too... Just remember: Pressure bandages heal everything! :D

I'm pretty sure I'd do fine with a yacht! It probably would have a lot of food on it and I could just say it floated away and I was trying to save it if I got caught! Yes! I am fully convinced this shall work! *runs off to find yacht*

no that jacket would be for my dad. The green fabric piece being cut out was size XXL. It was hilarious since the guy cutting it out is a size S or maybe XS.

It's the third time I've had my nails done so it was fine.
Poor you going and having no idea what you are doing. ^^;

Yes, mani-pedi was confusing. Ergh and I had SHOES so my feet felt super weird after!

I still don't know why you'd take first aid. Throw chicken bones and summon a spirit to do the healing for you. Is this not the way things are done everywhere?

I didn't find a good yacht. ;___; There were people on every one...

I don't think I'd want to get a pedicure. I think that's just weird...

I think we have to take first aid mainly to cover the school's arse. I can't think of any other reason...

I saw footage of the waves hitting somewhere in Hawaii and it was scary the way it just destroyed boats. Glad you weren't actually out in it. ^^

Pedicure WAS weird, but my feet were nice after! =____= But some weird lady's hands on my feet... so weird. Plus I'm really ticklish so that was worse. ;___;

Tell the school that the only first aid you need is a cell phone and a cell signal... And fingers. Call the hospital. :D

I'm miffed actually. I want to steal own a yacht! Like James Bond~ *starts humming Mission Impossible theme*

I still think pedicures are weird. I'm a little bit ticklish but when I went to the podiatrist I was fine.

My friend is a very round person and she said the jackets were like dresses on her.. really unshapely dresses. XD

We actually weren't supposed to get a pedicure, but we really couldn't understand what the ladies were saying and then they started making us take off our shoes. ;____;

And we just picked random colors for nail polish because we didn't know how to tell them we wanted designs...

And the lady put rhinestone things on my toes.

Rhinestones on your toenails is really really pointless unless you are planning to wear nothing but jandals or some other toe less shoe all the time. Or bare feet...
